Administrative Support Worker-SK Battery

About the role

The Administrative Support Worker assists management with administrative tasks and is required to work professionally and cheerfully with customers, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
• Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources, such as filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
• Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as needed.
• Maintain office memos and informative postings.
• Operate technology, systems, and software including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
• Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
• Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
