About the role

This position supports management with administrative tasks and acts as a professional ambassador for the Aramark brand across Northern Europe. Responsibilities vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador and guardian for the Aramark brand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the wider Northern European region to share standard methodology and ideas.
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Implement customer-centric retail propositions into client accounts, supporting operations with food and service offers, menu mix, brand, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage the in-house customer experience and happiness measurement tool, including launching in new sites and supporting existing units, with monthly reporting and presentations to the marketing team.
  • Contribute to customized propositions driven by customer insight, segmentation, and need states.
  • Develop and deliver consumer engagement activities to meet business objectives (awareness, participation, spend, day part, happiness, and engagement).
  • Work with the internal Purchasing team to leverage supplier relationships for sales and budget support of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the internal IP library, ensuring proper handling and sharing of artworks with key partners.
  • Deliver promotional campaigns on a cyclic basis, working three months in advance.
  • Publish an events calendar and link with social media channels for effective communication.
  • Develop training programs for Operations Teams on marketing fundamentals such as upselling, merchandising, planograms, packaging, and labeling.
  • Create Brand Standards Manuals to equip Operations with tools for implementing propositions to agreed standards.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop customer insights and research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Develop a marketing and awareness plan around the corporate CSR strategy.
  • Coordinate internal fundraising and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce commercial case studies on propositions, promotions, installations, and food concepts for bids and tenders.
  • Collaborate with external design agencies to create marketing point-of-sale collateral and supporting documents.
  • Produce quarterly food trend reports for circulation within the business.
  • Support the internal sales team with marketing collateral and examples for bids and tenders.
  • Roll out "Centres of Excellence" to showcase best practices in branding, merchandising, and retail excellence.
  • Conduct on-site audits to ensure effective implementation of central marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong digital literacy, including internet, typing, databases, and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to connect effectively with employees and work quickly and efficiently.
