Responsibilities
- Cook up calendars, shift priorities, and handle administrative requests for senior leadership.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including venue selection, technology setup, and catering logistics.
- Maintain organized records, shared files, and departmental documentation.
- Handle sensitive correspondence and confidential administrative matters with discretion.
- Plan business travel and detailed itineraries.
- Review incoming communications, determine urgency, and route messages or requests.
- Update and monitor client onboarding information in internal databases and Salesforce.
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding calls, training sessions, and external webinar activities.
- Produce and maintain operational reports, assist with shared mailbox administration, and support broader team processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience providing executive-level or senior administrative support in a fast-paced business environment.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce and maintaining data accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to support distributed or global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of experience.
