Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendars, register team members for training, finalize letters, process expense reports, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain Weatherization program templates.
  • Prepare invoices for payment, process agency reimbursements in the state financial system, procure supplies and equipment, and process purchasing card statements.
  • Schedule and plan the annual weatherization training, including coordinating with Community Action Agencies and the Weatherization Program Manager.
  • Serve as the Missouri Weatherization Policy Advisory Council secretary.
  • Answer and respond to inquiries in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Maintain the Division of Energy inbox and distribute emails to the correct team members for response.
  • Aid with special projects, establish and maintain complex filing systems, prepare records for storage and/or archiving, and maintain correspondence and report files.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. Equivalent To Those Typically Gained By Four to six years of relevant experience. Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.

Pay

The salary range listed in this job description is a base salary. Applicants eligible for years-of-service adjustments or shift differentials may exceed the salary range listed above.
