Key Responsibilities
- Relate to a substance treatment population in a sensitive, respectful, and professional manner
- Demonstrate readiness and effectiveness in a multicultural work environment
- Identify, address, and resolve obstacles in a timely and professional manner
- Use sound reasoning and judgment when addressing emotional or difficult client and employee situations
- Participate in management meetings regarding organizational policies and strategic development
- Maintain multi-office and clinic correspondence
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient and employee information
- Track and distribute patient refunds accurately and timely
- Absorb and address tasks through multiple channels
- Maintain Methasoft programming, coordinate updates, and address tasks
- Absorb and oversee administrative staff and daily operations across all locations (rotating to each front range location at least once a week)
- Absorb and assist with administrative staff training follow-up and ongoing oversight
- Absorb and participate in administrative staff performance reviews
- Absorb and conduct regular administrative meetings and provide feedback as requested by Clinic Leads, Coordinators, or Executive team
- Maintain office equipment and assist with scheduling repairs, reporting needs and timelines to the Operations/Facilities Manager
- Absorb and assist with light "handyman" tasks (ex: put together furniture)
- Stay current with industry standards through continuing education, workshops, and ongoing learning related to office management best practices
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in office management, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Experience supervising and supporting administrative staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Willingness and ability to travel statewide
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-site clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with Methasoft or similar electronic health record systems
Physical Requirements
- Occasionally involves light physical work, including exerting up to 30 pounds of force and/or a negligible amount of force to move objects

Pay
Salary range $50,000-$60,000 annually
Schedule
40 hours per week primarily Monday - Friday; some weekend duty maybe needed
