The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
  • Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.

Skills

  • Technical skills in web development and database management.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Schedule
