About the role
The Schedule Coordinator coordinates customer service requests, monitors and adjusts the daily schedule to complete expected and upcoming work, and collaborates with service managers, office staff, sales staff, field technicians, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth and profitable projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Serves as main liaison for service manager, customers, and field technicians.
- Answers scheduling queries via email and phone.
- Reschedules or cancels meetings in a timely manner.
- Works under pressure with tight deadlines and demonstrates adaptability in an ever-changing environment.
- Coordinates Technicians, General Contractors, Property Management, and outside vendors as needed.
- Schedules with customers and multiple teams of technicians for emergency services and scheduled repair jobs.
- Organizes, processes, and maintains all required documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensures customer information is properly recorded in alignment with compliance and regulatory reporting standards.
- Performs other duties assigned by management.
- Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software.
- Advanced knowledge of confirming and rescheduling appointments, as well as recordkeeping practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
