Administrative Representative- Portland Jetport Airport

About the role

The National/Alamo/Enterprise brands of Enterprise Mobility are hiring an Administrative Representative at Portland International Jetport (PWM).

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers while supporting the branch and rental needs.
• Communicate via phone, email, and internal text with internal and external customers for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo).
• Log and organize items in the Lost and Found.
• Provide daily follow up with QSPs.
• Work with customers with overdue rentals.
• Monitor and correct incomplete rentals and returns.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Schedule

Monday- Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

The pay for this position starts at $19.00/hour. There are also bonuses available for reaching team customer service goals. With an earning potential of $20.25-$21.50/hour if bonus criteria is met.
