In the role of Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Type, format and organize project documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceCreate and maintain paper and electronic filesOrder insurance and monitor insurance certificatesApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementAssist with and help coordinate meetings and presentationsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork with multiple Project Managers and project teams as neededAssist with project guides, project reviews, project invoices and expense reports as neededPerform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Required Qualifications Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 1 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
