About the role

Great American Insurance Group is seeking an Administrative Operations Representative in their Peoria, IL office. The position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship and requires authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Orders, prepares, and/or updates reports and/or legal notices (e.g., Notice of Cancellation, non-renewal notice).
  • Sets up security requests to get approved/deleted.
  • Uploads (parses) documents for the underwriting department using computerized systems.
  • Shares and/or conveys routine information via telephone, email, fax, regular mail, or in person, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintains communication and facilitates interdepartmental interactions.
  • Performs support, photocopying, imaging, mail, data entry, and/or supply functions.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of policies and procedures, as well as the business (including products, coverages, etc.) and organization.
  • Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
