Administrative Officer- Supervisory
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Summary (could be About the role). Qualifications (detailed). Duties (Responsibilities). Work Schedule (Schedule). Telework maybe part of Schedule? Could be separate but not required. Benefits, Pay not present. Skills not present. So we include sections: About the role (from Summary), Qualifications, Responsibilities (from Duties), Schedule (Work Schedule). Possibly also include a short paragraph for metadata like position location, supervisory, etc. Could fold into About the role.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add a heading for Administrative Officer.
We need to preserve all substantive information, no boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some EEO mention in duties: "in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs established Equal Employment Opportunity {EEO) criteria and Affirmative Action plans". That's part of duties, we keep it. Also there is a note about EEO in qualifications? Not.
We need to remove duplicated lines, like repeated "For more information on these qualification standards..." appears twice; we should keep only once.
We need to format lists with - . For duties and responsibilities we have many bullet-like items. We'll extract them.
Let's parse the content.
Summary paragraph: "The Administrative Officer for the GEC/CLC Program functioning on behalf of the Associate Chief Nurse for GEC and CLC has the overall administrative management of the highly complex program. The complexity of the administrative responsibilities is heightened by the diversity of the organization and the extent of interaction with other programs. This is a SUPERVISORY position located at the Bronx VA Medical Center."
We can put that in
under About the role.
Qualifications: includes Time-In-Grade Requirement, Specialized Experience, Education, Combination, Experience refers to paid/unpaid, Preferred Experience, Physical Requirements. Also note about SF-50 etc. We'll keep all.
We need to avoid placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We need to format as sections.
Responsibilities: The Duties section includes many subparts: General Administrative (with subitems i-vi etc), Fiscal Responsibilities, Human Resources Responsibilities, Facilitation of Ongoing Data Driven Decision, Accreditation and Quality Assurance, Data and Access Security and Care technology oversight, Performing other duties as assigned.
We'll turn each bullet into
- . Might need to preserve the hierarchical structure? We'll just list each responsibility as separate
- . Could group under subheadings? But only allowed headings are the predefined ones; we cannot add extra headings like "General Administrative". So we just list all responsibilities as items.
Schedule: Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Telework: This position may be authorized for telework; Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process; Virtual: This is not a virtual position. Also Position Description/PD#: Administrative Officer- Supervisory/PD11025O maybe metadata; we could include in a short
under Schedule or maybe as part of About the role? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include Position Description/PD# in a short
maybe under About the role or separate paragraph.
We must not include application instructions. The posting includes none besides maybe SF-50 submission but that's part of qualifications; we keep.
