This position will work closely with the Program Director and site leadership to ensure the office and administrative functions of the program operate efficiently and effectively.The ideal candidate will have **prior supervisory, leadership, or team coordination experience** , strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an interest in working in a human services environment.This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people, coordinating operations, solving problems, and taking on increased leadership responsibilities.Pay range: $25-$27/hrKey Responsibilities+ Provide administrative and operational support to the Program Director and site leadership.+ Assist with day-to-day coordination of office and program operations.+ Provide direction, support, and follow-up to staff as assigned.+ Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and required documentation.+ Support HR-related processes, including employee paperwork, attendance, scheduling, performance documentation, and other administrative tasks.+ Assist leadership with maintaining accurate employee and program records.+ Help coordinate staff schedules and coverage needs.+ Monitor completion of required training, documentation, and other compliance-related requirements.+ Assist with communication between site leadership, employees, families, and other departments.+ Help identify operational concerns and work with leadership to develop solutions.+ Assist with maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.+ Support audits, licensing requirements, and other regulatory or organizational requests.+ Assist with tracking and maintaining required documentation and deadlines.+ Provide administrative support for meetings, reports, correspondence, and special projects.+ Serve as a resource and support for employees while appropriately escalating concerns to site leadership.+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Area Director.**Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities**This position will have opportunities to provide **day-to-day leadership and oversight of staff and administrative processes** .
