About the role

This leadership role oversees patient care, staffing, and operational issues during a shift. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with policies, and act as Incident Commander during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and coordinate patient transfers

• Mentor and role-model for nursing staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure
• 4-5 years of clinical acute care experience
• 2-3 years of leadership experience
