About the Role
Directs the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to Administrative Services. Provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of care to patients and adherence to service standards.
Responsibilities
- Develops departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with organizational requirements and objectives.
- Plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding.
- Directs and evaluates all administrative services activities, including service level determination and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Seven years of experience, with five years in direct people management/leadership.
Schedule
- Day Shift (United States of America).
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
