The Position
The Administrative Coordinator is a key support role, responsible for managing front-office operations and providing clerical support for clinical programs. Working closely with the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing, this position ensures the accuracy and maintenance of administrative, medical, billing, payroll, and personnel records, while fostering a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Required: CNA License
- Experience: Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Experience with financial reporting/billing and ICD-10/CPT coding preferred. Familiarity with third-party payors and pre-certification processes preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in office software and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information and solve problems effectively.
