Administrative Care Coordinator - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs daily Pre-Visit Planning activities within the EMR for all locations
  • Involvement in Quality Initiative projects as assigned by manager
  • Affixes to indexing incoming faxes
  • Ensures CLIA certification is kept up to date
  • Performs Avance Care compliance reporting including, but not limited to: Progress notes quality checks, Update the Patient Registry, Uncontrolled chronic conditions reporting to providers, Quality measure reporting, Patient follow-up care review

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma, or graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant (MA) program, but an associate degree in Healthcare Administration, preferred.
  • 1 or more years of related Medical Assistant healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience
