About the role

Search Platforms is the core infrastructure organization that powers Google Search. Within this dynamic organization, the AI Developer Platform team is on a critical mission to build the developer tools, experimentation frameworks, and platforms that enable artificial intelligence to succeed at a global scale within Search. As an Administrative Business Partner on the AI Developer Platform team, you will play a critical role supporting the Engineering Director and two other senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global calendars, travel, and logistics for executive leaders, proactively resolving conflicts to maximize their time.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive seamless collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Execute administrative operations autonomously in a fluid environment, acting swiftly to problem-solve and prioritize competing demands.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, exercising impeccable judgment and confidentiality across all business matters.
  • Navigate ambiguity with meticulous attention to detail, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and implement new technologies.

Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to partner effectively with direct, results-oriented leaders in a fast-paced environment, operating autonomously and anticipating needs using context clues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to seamlessly manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and build strategic relationships.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Preferred qualifications: 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting large global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to partner effectively with direct, results-oriented leaders in a fast-paced environment, operating autonomously and anticipating needs using context clues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to seamlessly manage competing demands, prioritize tasks, and build strategic relationships.

Benefits

  • Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • US: $96,000 - $138,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
