Position Title: Administrative Biologist Location: Coppell TX About Us: Jones Lake Management is a full-service lake and pond management specialty company. Position Summary: The Administrative Biologist will receive on-the-job training for the skills needed to be successful, and we also provide continuing education opportunities. Responsibilities include oversight and response to customer service inquiries via telephone and in-office. This role will assist with customer needs and provide administrative support for the team and branch manager. Essential Duties: Assist management team with material “issues” and tasks needed to be completedProvide excellent customer service via phone and in person as neededEnsure inventory is managed appropriately and adjustments are made when neededConduct spot checks of materials, high value items, and high turnover inventory regularly to ensure accuracyCoordinate the collection of credit card receipts and submission process for the teamAssist branch manager with any follow-ups needed to be performed with customersPerform projects as needed for the branch managerAssist with creation and coordination of estimatesCommunicate estimates to customersInform clients of new equipment options Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or higher in Biology, Water Resources, Fisheries related course study, or equivalent work experienceMust be well organized, highly motivated, and willing to work well with a team of professionalsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent phone and cold calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong listening and sales skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 poundsBend at waist and/or knees and lift arms over shouldersSitting for extended periods of time with ability to use a keyboard Comprehensive Benefits: Multiple health plans to choose from, including the ability to participate in an HSA.Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance12 Paid Holidays per yearGenerous PTO401(k) with Generous Company Match If you are passionate about aquatic management and have the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply!
