About the Role

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring an Administrative Associate for a full-time day schedule. This role is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, providing clerical support, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. The Administrative Associate collaborates with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and serves as the first point of contact for patients, family members, and visitors, requiring excellent customer service skills.

• Manage patient records and schedule appointments.
• Handle patient inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for patients, family members, and visitors.
• Collaborate with medical staff and management to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required).
• Healthcare experience (Preferred).
• Customer service experience (Preferred).
• Computer proficiency (Preferred).
