Administrative Associate
About the role
At Marsh McLennan Agency, you’ll be in the center of the action, providing premier support to both clients and colleagues. Administrative associates are the first point of contact for our customers, setting the bar for great customer service through exceptional communication, integrity, and respect.
Responsibilities
- Frontline communications: answering phones, directing calls, and greeting walk-in clients.
- Process communications: daily incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight mailings; handle incoming checks; provide early- and late-capture scanning; and deliver faxes to employees.
- Office organization: order office-related supplies.
- Maintain office equipment (phones, voice mail, copy/scan machines, etc.): keep machines filled with paper and toner, troubleshoot, call for repairs if necessary, and help others as needed.
- Orientations: handle new colleague office orientations, as requested.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
We're looking for a client service advocate who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. You should be smart, understanding business and people, good with people, especially on the tough days, a team player, adaptable, and ready for a meaningful change.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
