Administrative Assistant Senior, PLUGS
Provides comprehensive administrative support for a high-volume, complex environment, including handling confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Organize, prioritize, and coordinate a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and visitors.
- Create, type, edit, and proofread various department documents.
- Develop and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel.
- Enter, extract, and analyze data for reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and monitor budget preparation.
- Audit or reconcile financial statements and invoices.
- Manage workload required to complete projects, with duties varying by department.
- Support the PLUGS (Patient-centered Laboratory Utilization Guidance Services) team with:
- Marketing and managing memberships, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Educating new members via social media, webinars, and conferences.
- Creating educational and marketing content.
- Managing a website, social media, and conference management software.
- Planning and producing national trade shows and conferences.
- Order supplies and oversee invoicing and contract management.
- Provide administrative support for PLUGS huddles and team meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including external clients, sponsors, partners, and the internal PLUGS team.
- Some travel may be required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of related experience in customer service and/or office management, including administrative support for high-level management or executives.
- If assigned to a Home Care Services department, a copy of the required education (diploma or transcript) must be submitted upon hire.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, communication, marketing, or a business-related field.
- Healthcare/medical office experience.
- Marketing experience.
- Project management assistance experience.
- Experience with websites and social media development and maintenance.
Pay
$29.16 - $43.73 per hour (based on full-time employment of 2080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise.
