Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a small, collaborative operations team
- Prepare, organize, review, and process transaction-related documents
- Maintain accurate records and document management systems
- Perform data entry, database updates, and information tracking
- Support workflow management, file organization, and compliance requirements
- Learn and utilize specialized proprietary software platforms
- Assist with transaction coordination and operational deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout administrative processes
- Support internal teams with clerical, reporting, and organizational tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and transaction information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative assistant, office support, operations support, or clerical experience
- Experience in real estate, title, escrow, mortgage, banking, settlements, closings, property management, legal administration, or transaction processing strongly preferred
- Strong data entry and document preparation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working with databases, records management systems, or proprietary software preferred
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
