Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the building. This position assists with specific daily functions for the administrative department but also serves as a back-up for other key positions such as the BOM/HR and Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing calls to appropriate care team members, departments and residents
- Assists HR Manager with candidate review and scheduling interviews with department heads
- Assists HR Manager with the on-boarding process for new hires
- Serves as back-up for conducting orientation when the BOM/HR Manager is out of the office or a leave of absence
- Serves as back-up for the receptionist during breaks or time off
- May assist the Marketing and Admissions department as the point of contact for resident admissions
- Assists HR Manager with conducting Care Team Member Stay and/or Exit Interviews
- Ensure weekly appreciation events are coordinated for the Care Team Members
- Perform other tasks as assigned within the scope of work
Qualifications
