Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk coverage by greeting guests as they enter the office
- Data entry in company ERP system
- Scanning and uploading documents into electronic files
- Printing work orders for production when needed
- Aid with ordering lunches, sales, and company meetings
Requirements
- Microsoft Office
- Good organizational, people, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Work hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am – 4pm (hours can be flexible)
