Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-desk coverage by greeting guests as they enter the office
  • Data entry in company ERP system
  • Scanning and uploading documents into electronic files
  • Printing work orders for production when needed
  • Aid with ordering lunches, sales, and company meetings

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational, people, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Work hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am – 4pm (hours can be flexible)
