Responsibilities

  • Cook up office activities to boost efficiency and policy adherence.
  • Handle payroll entry into ADP, including timecard updates and submissions.
  • Manage office administration tasks such as emails, letters, and packages.
  • Update and monitor Gateway onboarding process.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Maintain personnel, financial, and other records in databases.
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
  • Handle weekly and monthly billing in the WO system, running field business tasks.
  • Collect backup for Gate Security and Escorts, maintaining the PO# assigned spreadsheet.
  • Provide additional support as needed/required.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate’s degree is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • An attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience in office administration or related roles.
