Responsibilities
- Cook up office activities to boost efficiency and policy adherence.
- Handle payroll entry into ADP, including timecard updates and submissions.
- Manage office administration tasks such as emails, letters, and packages.
- Update and monitor Gateway onboarding process.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Maintain personnel, financial, and other records in databases.
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
- Handle weekly and monthly billing in the WO system, running field business tasks.
- Collect backup for Gate Security and Escorts, maintaining the PO# assigned spreadsheet.
- Provide additional support as needed/required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate’s degree is preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- An attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in office administration or related roles.
