What You Will Do
- Maintains files of international project records (document control)
- Supports the international department staff as needed
- Maintains submittal register for multiple projects
- Administers and files hardcopy submittal records
- Maintains home office copies of project files
- Posts revisions to office copies of construction documents
- Collaborates with A/E personnel/Owner/Project Site Staff on transferring electronic data via owner’s website
- Provides clerical support to project site staff and others within the international operations department
- Performs other duties as may be assigned

What We Expect
- Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
Education / Experience
- Minimum high school diploma/GED
- Two years experience clerical or administrative experience in an office environment required
- Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance required
Pay
The salary range is typically between $35,600 – $49,400 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.

COVID-19
Caddell Construction Co., LLC is a Federal Contractor. Under Federal regulations, Federal Contractors are required to comply with requirements related to COVID-19 vaccination mandates. While those requirements are currently stayed, if they were to again go into effect, any individual considered for this position would be required to provide proof of full vaccination status.
