Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison with other departments and customers (patients, vendors, auditors, inspectors)
- Answers phones, emails, and walk-in visitors, handling confidential information with discretion
- Captures, analyzes, and creates intermediate level reports, including graphs and pivot tables
- Supports managers and departments with calendaring, scheduling, time card support, meeting organization, and similar tasks
- Performs general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative support
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- College level coursework in English, Business Administration, and Mathematics
- 2 years administrative support experience, preferably in the medical/health-related field
- Ability to type 40-50 WPM and accurately complete data entry
- Exceptional knowledge of business English, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Intermediate knowledge of mathematics and calculation skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
