How will you make a difference? The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Outpatient Programs, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental meetings, coordinating staff activities, managing staff educational files, and supporting outpatient services. This role also includes providing direct client services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Outpatient Programs

  • Support outpatient services and provide direct client services

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting preferred; or a combination of education, training, and experience
  • Must be able to type at least 65 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel software programs
  • Experience as a mental health technician desired
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours, as requested

Pay

This is a full-time role with an expected compensation range of $19.00 to $26.00 per hour. Consideration will be provided based on experience and skill level.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
