Position Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Operations team by managing expense reporting, preparing memos and presentations, and identifying data trends.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and interviews, and arrange travel.
- Maintain and improve department documentation, processes and procedures.
- Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.
Minimum Requirements
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative / clerical experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
