Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for the Minnesota/North Dakota Branch Banking Market. Specific job duties vary by area.
- Collects and interprets data to produce reports
- Conducts special projects
- Coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations, and travel arrangements
- Composes correspondence and other documentation as needed
- Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
Skills
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay
Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21 per hour. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
