PRIMARY DUTIES
- Supporting the daily operations of the Betty Howard Center for Student Success.
- Responding to/sending emails.
- Answering the phone.
- Professionally greeting all guests who enter the department.
- Responding to inquiries regarding department services, resources, and processes (to the best of your knowledge).
- Aiding department staff with printing, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Running errands for the department (i.e., dropping off forms at the required office).
- Collecting mail and sorting it into our department mailbox.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of common spaces in the department.
- Completing any tasks assigned to you within a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally and courteously with students, faculty, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
