About the role
The Administrative Assistant is part of the Norman-based Athletics Advancement/Sooner Club team and will provide support to the AVP for Athletics Advancement and their team of fundraisers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as administrative support for scheduling, correspondence, travel, and record-keeping.
- Cookout a variety of meetings, which involves scheduling, preparing agendas, setting up meeting rooms, ordering food, etc.
- Consistently produce a large number of presentations, reports, and communications.
- Serve as the liaison with OU Athletics administrative offices, Foundation and Advancement staff as well as donors.
Requirements
- Associate degree and 36 months of experience supporting an executive are required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Qualifications
- University experience, four years of previous experience providing high-level executive support, and experience in collegiate athletics, higher education or a similarly complex nonprofit organization, are preferred.
