Description
The Administrative Assistant is the first face clients and guests encounter at Trailhead Financial Group. This role is based primarily out of our Hendersonville, NC office, with regular presence in our Asheville location one to two days per week (or more if client needs dictate) alongside the full advisory team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Trailhead Financial Group client needs across both locations
- Serve as a key operational anchor for day-to-day office functions
- Provide administrative support to our Wealth Advisors and Founder
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Schedule
Regular travel to our Asheville, NC office is expected one to two days per week (or more if client needs dictate), coordinated with the full team schedule. Occasional additional travel may be required to support executive operations, attend conferences, or participate in firm-sponsored events.
