Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, billing, internal communications, record management, and various organizational functions.
- Proactively greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact by managing client appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and assisting with intake paperwork.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, and assisting with the hiring process.
- Assist with employee onboarding by preparing new-hire materials, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring required employment documentation is complete.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and manage administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and distributing internal communications.
- Manage office supplies, operate office equipment, and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and maintain office security.
- Collaborate with all departments and provide administrative support to leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of administrative, office support, customer service, or related experience required; experience in healthcare, behavioral health, Human Resources, insurance verification, or medical billing preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR), HRIS, or other database systems is preferred.
