About the Role
The Administrative Assistant assists the organization, specifically the administrator of WCAH Operations, in all administrative, communication, and time management aspects. This role leads and coordinates various aspects of data collection, analysis, and presentation in line with regulatory requirements. Represent the leadership team with enthusiasm and support for all business lines. Responsibilities
- Serves as the first point of contact for WCAH calls and visitors.
- Supports the Senior Director of Home and Community-Based Services and provides administrative assistance to other WCAH leaders as needed.
- Supports coordinating deadlines, meetings, and departmental responsibilities.
- Prepares and distributes correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and other records.
- Leads and coordinates assigned projects and operational initiatives.
- Creates and maintains metric dashboards, data analytics, and performance reports.
- Conducts system, process, and product audits and follows up on action plans.
- Supports implementation and monitoring of quality policies and procedures.
- Researches best practices and develops benchmarks to support operational improvements.
- Supports business initiatives through research, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Monitors and distributes e-faxes, including orders, lab results, plans of care, referrals, and correspondence, ensuring timely upload to the EMR.
- Provides backup support for the Intake Coordinator role.
- Participates in the WCAH weekend on-call rotation.
- Orders and maintains office supplies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business or Information Technology or similar degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple software platforms and digital systems to gather, analyze, and organize data for metric dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Maintain professional appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of home health and hospice eligibility, payer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Experience working with nonprofit, mission-driven, or senior services organizations.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or similar field.
Pay
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on relevant experience)
Schedule
Full-time; Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with weekend on-call rotation.
