Responsibilities
- Manage and track employee onboarding/offboarding documentation
- Aid with mortgage banking re-certifications and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure documentation is completed on time
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for internal staff and external partners
- Support day-to-day office administrative functions
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and organization
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office support experience required
- Benefits administration and/or HR background highly preferred
- Experience in mortgage, banking, compliance, or financial services strongly preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to structured processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required
