The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the team, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
