Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Organize and maintain documentation, including invoices, contracts, and internal records
- Support internal processes such as approvals, forms, and basic payment request submissions
- Prepare and support product tastings, including setup, material preparation, and clean-up
- Cooking and coordinating tasting schedules, ensuring products, samples, and materials are ready on time
- Auxiliary inventory tracking of tasting samples and office samples
- Support marketing during tastings, internal meetings, or office events as needed
- Auxiliary coordination and operational support, including meeting coordination, data entry, tracking, and simple spreadsheet updates
- Hands-on support for day-to-day operational and administrative needs
- Auxiliary support for ad hoc office and team support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, data entry, and simple tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to support on-site tasks such as tastings and office operations
- A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
- Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus
Pay
The base salary for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
