This role will require strong time-management and attention to detail skills to ensure all responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities and Essential Tasks: Perform clerical tasks to support daily operations of the office (i.e., answering and transferring phone calls, sorting/delivering/processing incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings, etc.)Provide administrative support to Senior LeadershipMaintain common areas of the office for ease of use and cleanlinessCoordinate and book travel for group eventsMaintain office equipment and supplies inventory/reordersAssist Marketing with branded merchandise count and distributionProvide company employee engagement event supportSupport the HR department with various administrative tasksMaintain standard office procedures and one-point lessons.QMS Document Control support including document updates and notificationsOther duties as assigned Compensation: Rex Moore pays hourly/salary rates commensurate with each employee’s knowledge, experience and skill level. Work environment: Work is performed in an office environment.
