Role and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors.
  • Manage high-volume phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Support daily resident needs, including work orders and general communication.
  • Aid the leasing team with apartment tours, showcasing community features and amenities while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
  • Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including applications, lease paperwork, and inspections.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain organized office systems to support leasing and management operations.
  • Auxiliary in planning and promoting resident events to enhance community engagement.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to schedule services and ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide general support to the leasing office and assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
