Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors.
- Manage high-volume phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support daily resident needs, including work orders and general communication.
- Aid the leasing team with apartment tours, showcasing community features and amenities while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
- Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including applications, lease paperwork, and inspections.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Maintain organized office systems to support leasing and management operations.
- Auxiliary in planning and promoting resident events to enhance community engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to schedule services and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Provide general support to the leasing office and assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
