Salary Range: $21 to $23 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs (PVPAA).
- Aid the Academic Affairs Coordinator in day-to-day division responsibilities.
- Assist in covering the Academic Affairs Coordinator's absence.
- Support the Provost’s Office:
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Copy, file, shred documents.
- Draft routine correspondence.
- Assist with projects as needed.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Process purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate promotion, rank assignment, and faculty excellence award processes.
- Process annual NCMIC insurance application renewal.
- Review and update the Academic Affairs Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Track and secure professional license and CPR training updates for faculty.
- Participate on committees as requested.
- Support the Imaging Sciences Division:
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with affiliated clinical sites.
- Edit and track clinical affiliation agreements.
- Maintain organized tracking systems for affiliation agreements, renewal dates, and approval status.
- Support program leadership in verifying and tracking student immunization and compliance documentation.
- Collect, organize, and maintain student information.
- Administer administrative support to ensure effective communication between academic leadership, clinical coordinators, students, and clinical partners.
- Support the Massage Therapy Division:
- Communicate with the campus community about student clinics.
- Process and monitor payments to laundry vendors.
- Assist the clinical coordinator with communications related to student clinics.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years administrative assistant experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software packages.
