Department Manager, Church Engagement

• Oversee the implementation and coordination of church engagement initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local churches and communities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness of programs

Administrative Assistant, Advancement Services & Church Engagement

• Support the advancement services team in fundraising and donor relations
• Assist with event planning and management
• Handle administrative tasks related to church engagement initiatives

Administrative Assistant, People Care & Employee Relations – 20 hours/week

• Provide administrative support to the People Care team
• Coordinate with employees to address concerns and improve employee relations
• Support the People Care team in managing day-to-day operations

Quality Management Specialist

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans
