Administrative Assistant
About the role
You will work directly on workflow control in support of custom cruises, tours, destination celebrations, groups, reservations, and traveler follow-through. This role focuses on administrative assistance within group travel operations, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions remain visible.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the workflow by helping the team track unresolved exceptions through closure.
- Document process issues that repeatedly slow execution to improve efficiency.
- Keep recurring work organized by owner and status for clarity and accountability.
- Check incoming requests for completeness to ensure smooth processing.
- Route work to the correct next step, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
What Matters Most

- Apply Deadline Management without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Exception Management decisions clearly so teammates can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment in Workflow Analysis, especially when escalation is needed instead of assumption.
