In this important role, you manage the day-to-day office operations including providing administrative support to the team. You work closely with the owner managing emails, and assisting with sales support and customer service by phone and email. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc. Responsibilities Data entry, reports and analytical supportJob scheduling, confirmation and supply ordersWorking with clients to provide exceptional customer serviceManage feedback from clients, business partners and suppliersManage employee and subcontractor documentationPosting job ads and scheduling interviewsInvoicing and processing paymentsAssist with payroll processingTrade associations & industry group supportCoordinating digital marketing posts, and responding to comments & inquiriesAssist with new employee onboardingRepresenting House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise Skills And Requirements 2+ years of experience with office admin dutiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedProficient with general office technology and software including Google WorkspacePrior experience with recruitment and payroll systemsRelevant degree or certification would be considered an assetUnderstanding of basic accounting would be considered an assetAbility to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems Friendly personality and committed to great customer serviceA strong work ethic and highly dependable Office assistant, administrative assistant, office, admin, assistant, customer service, csr This position is temporarily remote.
