You will begin as a part‑time Administrative Assistant and, as you develop, may grow into either a Staffing Coordinator or Recruiter based on your strengths and interests. This is an in‑office position located in San Luis Obispo. What You’ll Do As An Administrative Assistant You will support daily office operations and learn the core functions of staffing, recruiting, and caregiver support. Your responsibilities include: Greeting caregivers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and warmthAnswering phones, routing calls, and supporting client and caregiver inquiriesAssisting with caregiver onboarding, paperwork, and compliance trackingSupporting scheduling activities, including shift updates and communicationHelping maintain accurate records, files, and digital documentationPreparing materials for training, meetings, and client visitsAssisting with recruiting tasks such as applicant outreach and interview schedulingProviding general administrative support to the office teamLearning the workflows of both staffing and recruiting to determine long‑term fit As You Grow, You May Take On Caregiver scheduling and shift coordinationApplicant screening and pipeline managementCaregiver engagement and retention supportClient communication and follow‑up tasks This role also participates in our office on‑call rotation, supporting caregivers and clients after hours. You will be trained and supported before taking on any on‑call responsibilities. This position is designed to develop into a full‑time role as you gain experience and demonstrate strengths in either staffing or recruiting.
