Job Summary
This full-time position is scheduled to work Saturdays and Sundays and a combination of weekday shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Posting to social media accounts
- Aiding with special projects and event coordination
- Tracking account receivable
- Aiding with customer contracts
- Maintaining marina occupancy and other business metrics
- Performing light housekeeping duties throughout the office area, breakrooms, conference rooms, and employee restrooms
Requirements
- A good standard of computer literacy, showing confidence in working with the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Extremely organized, strong multi-tasking and time management skills necessary
- Customer service orientation, hospitality experience preferred
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; and one (1) year general administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter who can balance multiple priorities
