Responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming calls, email inquiries, and digital correspondence.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update electronic files, databases, and confidential employee/company records with the highest level of accuracy and discretion.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and webinars.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries and accommodations for leadership when necessary.
- Edit, format, and proofread documents, reports, and executive presentations to ensure a polished, brand-consistent finish.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of online conferences, company-wide virtual events, and departmental meetings.
- Manage digital procurement of software subscriptions and office equipment.
- Aid in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial document preparation.
- Take ownership of various ad-hoc administrative projects and assignments as needed to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Remote experience is a strong plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
