Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and personnel-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Affiliate with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
  • Support billing processes and fiscal tracking (preferred experience)
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience with managed care billing and fiscal management is a plus
  • Ability to obtain required clearances: Act 33Criminal History, FBI (Act 73)
