Responsibilities

  • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • May be responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
  • Create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
  • May direct the reception desk when required.
  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange staff meetings.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Licenses/Designations/Certifications: Not applicable.
