Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- May be responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases, and prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- May direct the reception desk when required.
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, update calendars, and arrange staff meetings.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- An associate’s degree is preferred.
