Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages.
- Manage the front desk and maintain an organized reception area.
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
- Aid with emails, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Support corporate leadership with clerical and office projects.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Afford other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office technology.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
